Yea I sent two emails requesting a cancellation and I haven't heard anything back. If I don't hear anything by tomorrow evening, I'll guess I'll just contact the credit card company. Not sure what's going on over there at DJI customer service.

But they never charge your credit card until they ship the product.

Can someone please instruct me how you get the "sales" support chat? DJ Ken and tech support chat repeatedly keep telling me to go to store.dji.com and it's in the lower right hand corner. However it is not there for me.
Also, people who cancelled, are you getting charged $50 because of the currency?

Sales support will not cancel you have to email and they won't cancel.... Well that's what happening to me.
