So, Firmware upgade not working. I first tried with my ios device and after the download completed got firmware upgrade error.
Then I tried with a mac and the Assistant 2, download Assistant 2 and installed, then connected aircraft to mac and select the most up to date
firmware relase. Download ok , but during upload got firmware error.  Any tips?

I had the same error as well and was concerned what was going on but eventually it ended up completing the firmware upgrade.

So, question to all , I see that the firmware rev in the aircraft is three revs back. is it ok to just go to
the most up to date rev or do i need to move up one rev at a time?

My firmware upgrade was over the air update.  When I was going to fly today, it said firmware update required.  So I confirmed and it updated without issue.  

So, the Assistant 2 did not work for me on two different mac's, all time I would get the download to complete but the upload failed all times.. I then want back and did the Go app update and after
about 40 mins both remote and aircraft are now updated. So look out....
