Hi All - do we have any NZ pilots who have been restricted to fly by the DJI GO App?
I had the problem this morning at a customer site after logging my flight details on Air Share and getting all the appropriate approval, including the airport manager.

After discovering this new (to me) constraint I tried to get an unlock on DJI geo-system (http://www.dji.com/flysafe/geo-system/unlock) but it looks like NZ airports do not appear on their maps.

Has anyone had any success (or failures) at flying with retricted or authorisation zones?

I am flying a DJI Phantom 3 Pro and for this flight using DJI GO app on ipad mini 4.

Are you actually being prevented from taking off by a zone? I have not found any place in Australia that prevents me from flying so far, and according to the4 DJI web site, the system is only operational in the United Arab Emirates, North America, Canada, Mexico and Europe.

Have you tried switching off the 'GEO System' in DJI Go, it's in the 'general settings' menu.
