For those who have purchased the DJI Care Refresh, does the plan kick in on the date of purchase or the date it is shipped? This it's the former then we are getting screwed right now.

Mine started on the day it was shipped. You will receive a separate email with the agreement number with all the info matching your drone serial number. With a start and end date (12 months). Make sure you check your spam filter and look for an email with the following subject line: "DJI Care Refresh Service Agreement".

I looked under my online account and couldn't not find the same information. Maybe I need to dig deeper.This would be in case I would have missed the email or never received it. I'm sure DJI has that stuff on record.
