I was just wondering if anyone who has ordered in October ( I ordered on the 5th) ... received any kind of information about our packages ?

I was hoping that I would get mine before I left the country on dec 10th but it's starting to seem very unlikely ...

I ordered mine around the same time and Dji told me they would ship mid november, so lets hope

I don't think anyone has yet, unless they have ordered through a reseller, Best Buy or Amazon etc. BUT I think I heard those dates all getting pushed back via them.

If you've ordered through DJI I would give it until a certain date and then cancel. For example I leave Malaysia on Nov 22nd, if my package isn't dispatched by Nov 7th then I'll have to cancel as I have no other choice where I've ordered the item whilst travelling. Not sure if you're just going on holiday or you're in a similar situation to me, but if you're just going on holiday then just wait and you'll get it when you return home.

I ordered 10-09-2016... no official word or eta, but I have read a lot about the date 10-31-2016 maybe another date speculated to put out a lot more Mavics??? Im honestly tired of refreshing my orders page. :-(

I'm actually going on holiday for about a month.... And I wouldn't mind waiting to pick it up when I get back ...
But shipping company's like DHL only hold a product for about 5 days and if it's not picked up then they send it back to the sender, which would suck !

WAiting isn't a big issue for me... It's just I wanna make sure that my order doesn't get here when I'm not in the country haha

This whole refreshing every hour and checking order status or updates every second I get is getting very tiring now.

I just wish they had some solid info to give us some peace !

I usually get more optimistic over the weekends ( don't know why) but its crazy how SO many people do not know what is going on... it is nice to see more and more people receiving them though, from the videos this thing looks awesome! Im being patient since this is my first drone purchase... just going away on a vacation on the 11-09 keeping my fingers crossed we have some information by then.

Ordered on 10/15. I'm going by apples date of 12/15 as a receive date.

I ordered on the 4th and haven't heard anything as well....

ordered mine on 10/04 and going on vacation on Nov 22. If i dont get mine by Nov 17, i am going to cancel my order. i dont want them to deliver when i am not around + i am also thinking to buy DJI care which i could only buy if i have the drone S/N.

Contacted support for that question. I ordered Oct. 5th.

I ordered october 5th from Newegg and I ordered the Pro Bundle. Mine just shipped today (26OCT2016).

Yes it means it hasn't shipped and you are using the APP on Android.

I ordered the bundle on 10/8. I just contacted support and they said the following :

"We do not have shipping information yet. However, we do know that the orders from 9/27 - 10/12 have started shipping.
Combos started shipping 10/25."

So hopefully won't be much longer.

I ordered Mavic and 1 battery direct from DJI 10/5 and haven't heard a thing.

Can't believe it!  Basically the same time as those receiving theirs now..within a week anyways!  Just not fair.  Order something and don't get it...I am pretty sure this is all a scam.

Have not received any further info except for the very first excuse. I actually thought DJI had their stuff together on this release, i had a terrible time with my Inspire order and had reasonable success with my phantom 4 and Osmo but this honestly really takes the cake.
Sure i can get a refund or cancel but thats not the point. How do you entrap customers into a false sense of hope that if you pre order delivery will commence mid October based on first come first served yet others have recieved theirs before us and actually ordered afterwards.
Is DJI catering to the big box stores and their die hard supporters are nothing more than chopped liver at least thats how i feel
Did DJI mean October 2016 or 2017?
Talk about an All Time EPIC FAIL!
Seems to be par for the course with DJI spend thousands and get treated like a third class citizen. Least than Impressed.

Currently Sep 27 - 28 orders are mostly shipping .. Mine is Sep 29 and even that is not reached yet ...

I have placed ordered on 25 th Oct  and the delivery date is 12 Dec 2016.

I ordered on 29/09/16 and have just been told that my order 'could' ship in the next 1-2 weeks.... In other words if you ordered well into October I think that your chances of seeing it before early December are about zero... Sorry....

de.store (country where you buy it)
api - ? (Maybe something with the payment status like completed)
express (how fast it get shipped when its shipped)
tba (to be announced means it not sure if it comes with fedex, ups, dhl etc...)

Yes, you see it on the mobile web page as well. It's just a language-specific place holder for the label 'TBA'

Ordered 10/4 and still nothing. Nil, Nada, Zilch. Not even pending.

I ordered 10/5 and I have the bundle for the fly more or whatever. Mine is currently in shipping.

I ordered from Newegg.

Yes, I have that exact refernce on my order.mine also says pending above.I see this is in oct, its now Jan 5th.what happened in your case?If the item shipped how long after?

Just received a shipping notice from Drone World that my Fly More Combo will arrive tomorrow. I ordered 17 October.
