The problem seams to be that the eleastic mounting of the gimbal allows the gimbal to slip out of the protective gimbal locking device shipped on the Mavic. This means the camera & gimbal can be dislodged and damaged during shipment. I bring this issue up in the attempt to HELP DJI impove the packaging to ensure Mavic cusotmers recieve undamaged Mavic's and reduce the number of expensive RMA's due to damaged gimbals caused by insufficinet packaging & gimbal locks.
If the packaging cannot survive a mild shake like he did in the video... it will NEVER survive a normal shipment through UPS, FEDEX or DHL. Shippers throw boxes around a lot worse.
