That is from the flight records. I don't know if they are flights but you powered up the aircraft and were moving the sticks and the aircraft was moving.

I didnt touch the stick that time because I trust the rth function. And do you think i will set the landing area beside the wall?

Again, you need to wait until the flight analysis team gets your aircraft and can analyze the flight logs to determine the cause.

If you play back the last two flight records and overlay the RC sticks you can see your moving the sticks and the aircraft responding.
For instance in the last flight logged, you gave 100% right yaw and the aircraft yawed to the right about 180°
But it doesn't show a CSC to arm the motors, I don't know if it's because of the damage done from the crash or what.
Anyways, you'll have to see what the analysis team determines.

Dji ken can you help me out to figure out. Dji support replied and she said this. I show you the email. I sent the flight record from my dji go 4 app. Then still shes asking me the flight log. I dont know how to get that.

Have you sent the aircraft in yet?
If not then get the DAT files of the last flights by following the tutorial video.

I've explained the repair. If they determine pilot error then they will send you an invoice for the repairs and you can pay or use your Refresh.
If it was a malfunction, then the warranty will take care of it.

I thought you said you already said you had Refresh.
No, you cannot purchase it after you have crashed.
It's the same thing as not having car insurance then crashing your car and trying to buy insurance to have it repaired.

I had my first crash today.

Return to Home sucks and totally caused it. It took over, rammed itself in to a tree and hit rocks hard. I was 10 ft from return to  home. The setting is stupid . Yes I change settings but they reset themselves all the time.

I'm really angry at return to home right now. It's the cause of every major flight problem I have. It nearly crashed another 2 times before I saw how to quick disable. It sucks and was programmed to crash your drone.

Did you have aircraft and RC turned on when you set RTH?

Airbus is what I said & they ARE MASS PRODUCED on an assembly line.  AND, they are total POS.  The A320 series is almost EX-FREAKIN-ACTLY like the Mavic!!

Firstly let me say that I am an experienced Inspire 1 owner. I flew my Mavic Pro today and it was about 30ft from me when it decided to do a return to home, it flew up into a tree and crashed after that damaging the Mavic Pro extensively. I have reviewed the flight record in Go 4 and there is nothing I can see to indicate why it did this.

I wish I seen this before or just after I bought my Mavic. I was never informed offered by the retailer or aware of Care Refresh. Warning! Owners must buy Care Refresh or DJI will screw you even when there porduct messes up as see here.

One was purchased in January or so, but I don't remember if the message popped, as I bought the Refresh Warranty upon ordering the drone.
The second one was in June, and for this when, it was after booting up the Mavic for the first time, it prompted me to get the warranty.

I just purchased the spark and it prompted Care Refresh saying I had 48 hours to buy. I did thank God. I never seen this on Mavic. Don't buy spark. Spend the money on a Mavic or P4 pro. This thing decended straight to the ground at a high rate of speed with 100% up flight records show. Don't review the reviews. Review the crashes before buying. My new research method before making big purchases on drones.
