I've just got my Mavic but the 4K video is stuttering very badly and is unwatchable on my Samsung TabPro S. I was under the impression that Skylake Core m3-6Y30 was able to play 4K video. I had terrible results with desktop version of VLC media player where it basically hangs and much better but still very stuttery results from Apple Quicktime. Sure I can downsample using a converter but that takes a lot of time and I want to see what I've recorded straight away not in an hour's time before deciding if I need to re-shoot. Any ideas? I'm not looking to spend another £1K after just buying this drone and like the portability of my set up. I've heard that 5kPlayer could be worth trying.

I tried 5kplayer and no improvement. Finally I've answered my own question here because I tried the Films & TV app in Windows 10 and it plays perfectly! Even streams wirelessly to my TV in 4K although that is a bit stuttery, but watchable and good enough to review what you have shot.
