Hi everyone, I know there's already a thread on dealers shipping watch, but I wanted to create one for Europen dealers so we can group all relevant information each of us might have. Not all of us have a Best Buy or a Newegg close by unfortunately.

I'll start: in Portugal there's still no information on a tracking number we can rely on, nor a definite date though very rough estimates point to somewhere in the beginning to mid November.

From DJI's sales team this is what I've been told by email:

        

Sorry we cannot ensure the date.

It should be within Nov.

Do you have an official date from your dealer?

First batch due 1st of November (Was 16th, then 21st..) so we'll see.

In Switzerland, product available since middle of november and my order should be ship begin of december (i have ordered in a big Swiss retailers not in DJI store). Actually i don't have any more information.

The store i have it on order from in Norway is currently saying "unconfirmed 29. Oct."
I see many other states early to mid November.

No info on accessories yet.
In the Dji store the props seems to be all they have avaliable.

conrad.de is aiming for the 11th Nov. lets see if that shifts, but its held steady for the last 2 weeks, so seems like a good bet so far.

Got a dealer who mailed me today from NL that told me his supplier informed them this morning, that delivery of mavics is at the customs and should arrive on Tuesday in the store. But has no idea how many it will be.

Edit: Tuesday the container will be released, 4th would be the earliest in store.

Still no update here in Portugal.

i spoke with jessops uk yesterday and was told the first batch of 60 drones and 80 combos arrive in their warehouses on 31st Oct which is a Monday, then they will begin shipping on the 1st Nov for a next day delivery, however the customer service agent i spoke with could NOT confirm if their stock had already been dispatched from DJI to Jessops so in effect they still dont actually know and I suspect she was spinning me a little white lie, i also came across the following article yesterday but how true this is i am unsure, but dji are apparently hundreds of thousands of pre orders deep and are only shipping several dozen at a time to appease customers, not sure if i cant post links here so apologies if i'm in the wrong http://gizmodo.com/dji-is-mislea ... s-newest-1788251112

I have switched my order to the Norwegian distributer. They said on the 28. Oct. that Dji would ship to them this week, so mabye next week i'll have it.

I'm heading to my local dealer right now to ask if they have any updates. I've noticed they removed the “coming soon” on their website, and I'm assuming that means they have no clue whatsoever when it's coming.

Pair that with all the issues I've been reading through the forum and the raining season coming in soon, I think I might cancel my order and decide later. I don't want to be stuck with waiting for months only to have the Mavic fly away on my first lift off. Better to wait: let the firmware get solid, let production get better, and let the spring come — meanwhile, I'll have my Phantom 3.

Hello fellow Norwegian what retailer did you switch to? i have my order on Dustinhome.no and they say 03.Nov on the fly more package.

My combo is getting shipped from Amazon UK(EU) this Thursday for delivery on Friday (4th). I ordered last Thursday (27th). I cancelled my DJI order from Oct 1st.

I hope you are not going to feel too embarrassed to come back here and tell us all about it when it does not happen. Amazon have said that they cannot conform that they will have a delivery by then.

Annoyed yes, embarrassed no. They told me on chat that they had enough stock (sat in their warehouse in Luxembourg) to cover my order and it would released on Thursday.

Are you talking about Amazon US or EU?

I just checked Heliguy in the UK, their delivery date was 01/11 but it has been changed to 08/11 - still taking pre-orders.  Still hoping Amazon can deliver this Friday.

Did you pay extra for expedited delivery? If not it'll take a few days to get to you as it comes from Luxembourg. You can change the shipping method at any time before it ships ;) That is, assuming you ordered from Amazon EU via Amazon UK..?

I switched to rcbutikken.no from komplett.no
I did not order the fly more combo.

Cancelled my order in the morning — exchanged the pre-order credit for an extra Phantom 3 battery.

I won't be reloading this forum every day or so anymore. In addition, I've got peace of mind again knowing I'm not anxiously waiting for vaporware and I have a drone that won't fly away.

They wouldn't.. They'd ship them to the nearest fulfilment center within the UK surely.

That's where Amazon s.a.r.l. is. I ordered with Amazon UK but the seller is Amazon s.a.r.L.

I expect they're tied to a release date through their contract with DJI. Only guessing though. Either way, they said they already have them ready and waiting.

I'm pretty sure it's coming direct from Lux. Standard shipping was 2-5 days or something. I paid a few £ extra for next day. Nothing unusual though, DJI are shipping directly from China to the world.

I'll post on Thursday to let you know if it shipped

Amazon UK still telling me I'll have it on the 4th. And you can still buy it now and get delivery on the 4th apparently.Close to cancelling it anyway with the current problems.

Ahhh now look.... 16th of Nov.

This just further clarifies what an absolute s**t show this is.

Ye mine still says friday the 4th through amazon but i don't believe this BS so I'm contacting them now, ill update when i know more!

A just finished talking to them(Amazon) apparently it still going to be delivered on the 4th, the 16th is for the second batch.  Here's hoping all of us who ordered from them first batch will have it this weekend.

It is beginning to look like those of us who ordered directly from DJI are total mugs... People who had the good sense to order from Newegg, Amazon etc are receiving their orders more quickly and do not have to pay until their orders are shipped... I certainly will not make the mistake of ordering a new product directly from DJI again....

Maybe not. I've had an email from Amazon.. DJI have pushed their (Amazon's) release date back to the 16th. She confirmed that that have the stock but they have to release it when DJI say.. WTF?

We will be supplied with the items from Manufacturer. Though we receive the items. We will be requested to be deliver the items on a date which they announce as release date. As a retailer we are requested to deliver the items only on date of release. I'm really sorry for the disappointment caused to you by Dji."

I guess DJI want everyone to be disappointed equally.
