I have received a number of emails from DJI - they have been very responsive to this issue. I am feeling confident that this will be fixed. I am sending the drone back in for them to analyze. It sucks that I'm going to be without it for awhile after waiting so long to receive it, but I have so far been impressed by their customer service.

csbaker80, seems to be an issue with the craft otherwise they would not ask to send it back. DJI should be happy for you as an customer so they have chance to get things solved before 500.000pcs are flying and crashing. Good luck to you.
