The order status system for Apple is down for me on the app and the site. I wonder if this is a good sign.

yfcw0801, most of authorized dealers in Singapore have received units including Combo but in few quantities so I think the queue is long to hope getting one anytime soon. You can join UDS Facebook page for more infos about these dealers.

AYA74, I already placed order in Apple Store last month. I know it's a long queue but no rush for me cos my trip is in Feb...

No one will be getting theirs today, apparently. From Apple:

"I wish I could say that I had more information for you here! It’s a third party product, so I don’t have anymore information than you do here- DJI direct retail has them shipping in December, but I’m not finding anywhere that anyone is getting them today.

You know that it says you’ll be able to pick it up in November, and that’s all I see as well, and with third party products, not to push blame here, but we have to wait for them to release inventory before we can release it too!"

I totally agree with you. DJI owes us a statement even if it is to say Apple won't be shipping before December. At least we know and we can think of something else or cancel our order and look for other possible source. I ordered on 28 September Singapore time which was still on 27 in Europe when the Mavic was announced. If I can know that I won't have it in November, then I cancel my order and will support a local dealer in Singapore. The reason I chose Apple is because I would have throught the date being reliable. Everyone who ordered from Apple, it is time to raise our voice. I am not here to say that DJI owes me the product, I am here to say DJI owes us a communication.

I'm partly annoyed as I was one of those that ordered on the 27th pretty much as soon as I could .

I knew I was hopefully getting my mavic on the 2nd November which was ok for me.
But the piss comms from dji and the lack of information regarding the so called 2nd November date .

IF YOU WASNT GOING TO MEET THIS DATE !!! Why can't you just release a statement and keep us from all guessing what's going on with our orders

Has anyone tried to cancel their Apple order? I was told I couldn't,and that I would have to issue a return after received. I can say this much, if I don't see it with in the stated November time frame I will get on the phone with my CC company and dispute the pre authorization charge. I've already taken a screen shot of my account as evidence... DJI this is pathetic! DJI caused this fiasco.

I think I will cancel it, I already cancelled my Adorama because they couldn't tell me anything - DJI feedback is still missing

What a Joke. The Apple Store has four glowing reviews for the Mavic with dates of 14,20 and 26 October.
How can this be when Apple has never even shipped a unit?

Hi. Search for UDS Group in Facebook and join us. You will learn about our drone community in Singapore and get the names of the authorized dealers. However, don't expect to have one before mid or end of December if you order now and I advise you not to order from Apple Singapore since I ordered on day 1 and still waiting for a shipping date.

Yes mate you're right.

I spoke to a Senior Apple UK customer service advsior who knew nothing about DJI telling the world that Apple would have stock in store/for shipping on 02/11, he was not amused with this news as it made his deaprtment look bad when they where unaware of this fact. The short version of the conversation in no stock for Apple UK yet but they are hopefull to ship within November so fingers crossed still.
But again the issue is DJI not dealers or resellers.

Following the announcement from DJI about their attempt to fulfil all orders placed prior to November 3rd within 7 to 8 weeks, we still have no clue if this would include orders made through Apple or only direct orders to DJI... How can we make DJI reps speak up about this matter? it seems impossible despite all the threads and comments we tried to post...

Apple is not being affected in the least bit and they have full communication with DJI. All of these posts about people saying Apple will cancel their relationship with DJI is absurd.

Sit back and actually think about it for a moment, Apple is nearly always accurate with their shipping times down to the day.
Now, from day one they have said "November". They never gave a specific date when ordering online. Apple knew there was going to be a delay from day 1, which is why our shipping estimates have always said "November". Apple is in full control of the situation. Sit back, and relax, if you ordered with Apple when it said "November", it will come sometime in "November".

If Apple expected our "November" orders to come next month, they are clever enough to change our shipping dates to "December" to avoid all of the fuss. Simple

I hope your right. On the edge of my seat at the moment though.

Just talked to Apple, they just charged my credit card a second time and it is supposed to ship soon.  The drone is somewhere in the US already.  I ordered on Oct 15.  Anyone else got charged recently?

I have but it was just another pre autherization charge. HOw do you know they are in the US? Don't believe everything Apple tells you, I wa told last week they had stock in a Tennessee warehouse,,,far from the truth... The customer support agents are clueless... I wouldn't get choked up till you get a tracking number.

Yes it is.

I was told that my Mavic is still expecting to ship in November as stated in my Apple account.I was told that my stated November shipping was a conservative quate and could get it sooner in the month,I will wait it out.I was also given a discount from Apple for the delay inconvenience. More than DJI would have done.DJI says if your not happy then cancel,what a way to keep a customer. DJI if your watching you could learn alot from a company like Apple.
