Just got my Mavic this morning and took her out for a quick 5 min test flight. Plan on going out again after a few appointments.

First impressions: build quality is absolutely rock solid. The thing looks and feels incredible. As for flight, it was extremely stable even in pretty high Chicago winds. I tried out the tripod mode which is a feature I am extremely excited about.

Will continue to update the thread as I log more flights, but overall very happy so far!

yeah he said he would keep us updated I guess he has flown and never come back or maybe crash and burn the maverick oh shit I said maverick its Mavic, for a min there I thought I was in Top Gun flight school.
