I'm curious how many Mavic (or potential) pilots have completed the US FAA FAR Part 107?  

It would seem Inspire pilots have more of need, assuming the commercial operations.  However I am curious if others have made the effort or see the need as a Mavic driver do have this endorsement?

Im looking into getting my 107.

I am as well looking into getting my Remote Pilot certificate.

I will be taking the steps to get licensed. I also plan on eventually getting an inspire or what ever comes next to work on commercial projects.

I have completed the FAA part 107.  Currently flying 2 P3P's, and will be adding a Mavic to the fleet soon.

I'm currently studying the FAA-G-8082-22 in order to get a Remote Pilot Certificate with a Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Rating. At least it gives me something to do until the Mavic ships.

Same as the rest, here. Never really know what regulation is going to come down the pipe so I'm trying to get ahead of it.

I already have all the study materials and have reached out to schedule at my local testing center.  While the Mavic is not pro level gear like the Inspire, there are situations it will fit nicely where my larger birds wont opening up more commercial opportunities.  I will be adding it to my stable of Phantoms (3s and 4s) and plan on using it to do some great new things.

Locked myself in a room this weekend and managed to get this done.

Is it possible to get the recreational registration first and then get the remote pilot license?

Which study materials are you guys using?

Did the FAAST FAA course available through FAA.GOV site.

This course also recommended, includes drone.Part 107

Hello, It is a long winter ahead of all of us. I would like to be better pilot and fly abroad. In some places you need to be certified. What will be the best online course to do this. Thanks.

Skipping FAA Part 107.   Going with plausible denial.
