Hey all -
New OsmoRAW and we're finding that we're having trouble keeping our devices connected reliably. Device will connect to WiFi, then when opening the DJI Go App, the camera may or may not connect (seems fairly random). When we do have a connection, the video portion of the screen will occasionally go grey, and when we hit the "Home" button, the Osmo doesn't show that it's connected. If we wait a few seconds, it may (or may not) connect again.
Resetting WiFi on the Osmo seems to help for a short period of time, but eventually the connection gets wonky again.
This has happened on an android device (I don't know the model - it was borrowed from an office-mate), the latest iPod Touch, and iPhone 6S.
Any guidance on troubleshooting would be great!
