Hi all,

I ordered mine on October 25th from DJI directly. From the posts I see here, I guess I won't see the drone this year.
I feel bad because they said delivery will be "within November", 4 days later they change it to "within December".... lie after lie. This is my first purchase with DJI, if this doesn't work out by the end of November I will cancel and neved order with DJI again. I hate when there is no transparecy at all and being lied in my face.

Do you guys know how to cancel the order? And if there are any charges for cancellation from DJI directly? Because of course they already took my money. Nice for them!

PS: I still find the mass cancellation a good idea! They should not mess with customers. DJI EXISTS BECAUSE WE EXIST. NO MATTER HOW GOOD/BAD THE PRODUCT IS.

I just canceled my order...I sent them email about this but no answer and myu order is still not canceled. I talked with my CC company and they refunded me all I've paid.
I placed order on Amazon UK and still says dispatched on 16th Nov. so at least I have a date.

Yes, it has been shipped on Nov. 1st and is scheduled to arrive on Friday.

Apple UK have just confirmed that DJI has not kept to the date of 02/11 & all then can say is early pre orders will be in November in UK, I can't believe DJI is screwing Apple & it's customers over as this is clealry bad business!

Order on the 1 oct , mavic only it is shipped...

Pre Ordered on 10/1 and just got the email starting its being shipped and will arrive on 11/11. Patience paid off for me hoping to get a couple flights in before the winter snows hit

Whoa... October 1st orders starting to ship? *starts rubbing hands eagerly.

Patience is the key now haha, it just caught me by surprise when I saw it was shipped last night

Yes, that's what I have been waiting to hear, an order shipped in October, to a US customer direct from DJI!  I ordered the 5th of Oct.... I think I see the reflection of something that might be light at the end of the tunnel.

I see on the spreadsheet that there already... eh that there only just 2 drones send to the Netherlands,  only to a DJI dealer grrrrrr.. i wonder if I get hem before 2017.. our 2018

I received my shipping info and tracking number I ordered Mavic only October 5th 20:30 UCT got shipping info this morning 3:00 am.
