The technical support acts like a robot. Always giving the same answer. "Calibration!", "Calibration" and "Calibration". I hve done uncountable of calibration, auto tune stability, calibration center, mounted the lens support, reduced the weight, added the weight but still the same. I'm 100% sure the new firmware caused the horizon drift. I'm not the only one having this issue. There so many people out there struggling with me. All because we have upgraded the firmware from 2.1 to 2.3. But DJI will never want to help. They don't even consider to help us, never even read of problem. Their only solution is to calibration. Our request is very simple. We wanted to fall back to version 2.1 and DJI doesn't care. I believe many of us are regret of buying DJI product.

The moment I clicked "Calibration System", all axis is leveled. I did power cycle the Ronin and it works fine. But it doesn't last for long. Few minutes later, it drifts again. Sometimes towards to the left and sometimes to the right.

I have also same problem : drift pan and drift roll since this V2.3, I used Ronin before with a lot of equipement : Epic, Canon, BMP.. no problem. Now, with this V2.3, it's always a nightmare in set ! spend a lot of time to solve problem with RC or apps, noze in the phone, no good on set

we need to have a new firmware version who resolve this drifting problem.

Could anyone tell me if this is what you're experiencing? If not, do I have a defective Ronin? I've had this Ronin since first release. I never had time to really go into it as we put it into use right away and corrected the issue with Warp Stabilizer. It was at the original Firmware when I got it, now updated to 2.3 with same problem.

Any suggestions would help!

What about 2.4? And if this is a known issue, why the heck 2.3 is not simply taken down?

Dear Cathy, it is always drifting from the start, within 10-15 minutes on the stand, it will drift to at least 15 degree out of center positions. I can make it center back by using default all parameters. but once i done autotune, it will drift again.

I am really hoping that this will solve the problem.

I told them that i want to do a 1 to 1 exchange for my unit but they said no. DJI wont do 1 to 1 exchange.

I wasted USD1300.
