I know someone on here has discussed this but I can't find it. I need to slow the up and down speed of the camera. Any help would be appreciated.

I think that's for the gimbal ROLL adjustment.

The gimbal Wheel Speed will alter the sensitivity of the wheel on the controller.  Whatever gimbal direction you then control with the wheel is moving at the set sensitivity.

Go to RC Control Settings.... and it's right at the top, with the label GIMBAL WHEEL SPEED
