how to cancel my order ?

Hey guys...
I was wondering if someone could help me out with cancelling my order... how do i get it started  ? And how long do the refunds take ?

Just came to a realization that I wouldn't be recieveing my order in time since Im going on a couple months long vacation. Will try to pick one up in stores hopefully but if not then I guess no awsome drone footages.

I got same problem and sent email, they have no intention to cancel here is the answer I got.
By the way I did my order on 09/28/2016.

If you paid with Paypal you can open a case and request for a refund, attach your cancel emails that you have sent to DJI and they will help you with the dispute.

I cancelled via chat. I was asked why, and replied "poor communication", I was asked once if I was sure. After replying "certain", the order was cancelled.

I received an email 4 hours later confirming cancellation and advising the refund might take 7 business days.

Next day my credit card was credited in full.

I'm disappointed by the 'rush to launch' a product that looks like everything I want but clearly is not ready. Once the panic has died down and Mavic is properly available, it's highly likely I will become a Mavic owner.

I just emailed asking for a cancellation and refund. If they hit me with an exchange rate fee I'm gonna lose my shit.

You're going away in a couple of months but you want to cancel now? Why would you not wait and just see if you get it dispatched... You never know.

Set a cut off date like 2 weeks before you leave, if it hasn't been dispatched by that date then cancel. Refunds normally take 5 working days to get back into your account from the date they issue the actual refund.

Im going away for a couple of months...

I actually leave on Nov 10th... So even if they decided to ship to me tomorrow, It wouldnt get here in time.

Oh sorry, I mis-read your post. Yes I was in a similar situation as you ordering whilst travelling and hoping it got here before I left this location. I was lucky enough to have mine dispatched and it will arrive 2 and a half weeks before I leave.

Hope for the best on your refund and good luck getting your hands on one another way.
