I pre ordered mavic from apple store 1st October and they had been charged my cc and removed about 2 weeks ago and now i noticed they charged me again and it shows pending.
Does anyone know whats going on?

Maybe it'll ship soon?

By the way, my pre order is by local pick up.

I had the same thing happen from apple when I ordered my iPhone 7 and Apple Watch 2. I only got a real charge once though. I think since they don't charge your credit card until its ready to ship they do a pending charge when you order to check your credit card, then they do it again when it's actually shipping. At least on preorders that won't be shipping immediately when ordered. It's only the second time that actually becomes a real charge.

I know Amazon do they same they usually charge just befoe shipping

in another way your order will be shipped ery soon probably today or tomorrow

In the case of my iPhone and Apple Watch, I received a shipping notice leaving Shanghai two days after the second pending charge.

Went to the Apple store over the weekend here in Sydney and they said they expect the stock to arrive mid Dec.

I probably would check my phone all day long tomorrow if they send me pick notification msg..
