Dont suppose any of you kind guys who bought the fly more combo would sell me a spare battery would you? im going away in a few weeks and would love to have a spare!

I'm from the UK and I'm getting mine Wednesday

But I'm in Malaysia at the moment and ordered it here so I guess it doesn't count

Saved me £200 though

Still waiting for mine to arrive :-(

At about 8:30am GMT.

But as I said although I'm from the UK I ordered from Malaysia at Malaysia pricing on their website whilst I'm on my travels here. So me getting mine means nothing in regards to when UK dispatches will start. I saw a Malaysian guy on here said his has also been dispatched so they're definitely dispatched based on region.

Neither am I mate, specially when it comes to pre-orders and exciting gadgets like this.

Even though mines been dispatched I'm still refreshing the order tracking to see where it is every day

Wheres the best place to check order status?

Do you think, if we order direct from DJI - will our orders be dispatched quicker than those who order from high-street shops i.e. Jessops?

This is my first drone but I'm a keen hobby photographer - super excited (forgot what the 'kid in a sweet shop' feeling was like

I ordered theough jessops uk and was told just about 30 mins ago that they dont even know when their stock will arrive from dji...also as of this morning dji direct will  ot ship till aprox mid December and any 3rd party aite like jessops are telling new customers that havent preordered yet that it will be mid JANUARY as posted in their site...

Wouldn't even be able to get one here in time anyway before I leave. Although thinking about it now, I should have ordered two and just sold the other one to make profit when I come home from Thailand on Dec 6th.

Where did you order from?

I am not sure mate I didn't think even about ordering anywhere else except for the official DJI website as I assumed that would be the best place to get it as it's a pre-order.

Plus I doubt I would have got it ordered from anywhere else that was gonna deliver it to me here. I think you should keep pestering high street shops to find out if they have them in stock or when they are and just walk in and get them if your order isn't coming anytime soon and you find out a store is getting them in stock.

My first drone also, but I do a lot of travelling, have a travel website & instagram and am slowly getting into my photography. Gonna be getting a nice DSLR soon once I get those pennies back up after the Hero 5 & Mavic killed my bank account haha.

Sorry to hear about the shortages in your package - did you get the complete fly more package as ordered?

I gave my order directly to DJI to allow them to use the additional funds acquired from me (and not in to one of their re-sellers pockets) so they could continue to push amazing kit like the Mavic in to peoples pockets and delevlop their technology further so as consumers we the best.

I want to support DJI - it would be nice if I received the same level of respect in return...

This service and lack of communication (all we really want is communication so we know the state of play) isn't ideal and not something I would do to one of our customers, no matter how upset they would be with the news I'd got for therm

Still happy to wait its worth it...

Cant wait to be up in the mountains around Wales with it though! this kit is the best camera kit available for someone like me whos always on MTB's and walking mountains, most of the time alone...

Still... BORED OF WAITING NOW WITH NO INFOMATION

Just the Mavic only for me mate.

And yeah it's a shame but it is what it is, not much we can really do about it, although I do expect some sort of credit/discount/deal for the inconvenience caused getting this and not having all the cables with it. Whether I get that or not is a different story.

Yeah man will get amazing footage up there. I'll be travelling the UK more once I get back from Asia so I plan on get beautiful footage of just how nice the UK can be. I think I take it for granted too much.
