If you see a post from a DJI employee we ware a DJI avatar or have DJI in our name.  This is a DJI forum we intend to support it.  I have two dedicated employees on here full time.  I am here as needed.  I hope that most users appreciate direct input from DJI.  No I do not know when your Mavic will ship so don't even ask.

Not to sure what your getting at was that reply directed at me, I was just checking why a huge amount of members names have changed and are now reading with the word fans followed by a number, I know it's Monday but it was a fair question, never mentioned Mavic and wasn't going to, but just bringing your attention to what looks like it maybe a glitch..

there looks to be a forum issue which is changing a lot of peoples ID to "fans...." for some reason, as you say probably a glitch. But I do smell a whiff of DJI support getting a little miffed now lol. Its not there fault they are just cogs in the machine but I think by this point my dedication and devotion to my masters would have given in and i'd be telling it as it is! Rushed product R&D and our cheap overworked asain workforce is out of control, hold on to your money people!!

Unfortunately, we cannot.  You will have to contact onlinesales@dji.com.  They are the only ones that can do that.

Your bed side manner is lacking. It may be a fact but we have paid $1000 atleast so show some respect please.

For the safety of your account, the system has been updated.
If you just used you re-mail as your name, and never changed the nickname, it will be fans+some random numbers or letters.
Maybe it's time to change another unique name for your account.
