I ordered my Mavic Pro on Sep 28th and i see couple of people are getting their Mavic Pro delivered but mine is still in Pay confirmed status. Below are the details.

They're still trying to process orders from 9/28. Yours was made late in the day.. so expect to wait a little bit.

Have you tried contacting DJI Customer Support? It seems like that is the advice that others in your position have been given.

The moderators here don't have the ability to get order information for you unfortunately.

The only orders I have seen filled after my order time were those that were placed for the Mavic Pro "Fly more" combo or from a third party vendor.

What i don't get is how DJI think it's normal to leave costumers in the dark about the shipment of their product. Online Chat for some reason does not pop up to me anymore and they haven't been answering my emails.

The only thing i expect from a company is that they're open and honest with a costumer who paid $999.00 in advance for a product. Saying that "orders will be shipped on a first come first served basis" is not saying much at this point. Would mean something 1 month ago, but not at this point.

This is exactly what i think.

Still nothing. They are not replying emails or giving any information about my product. Unbelievable.

I think it was noted that it was a holiday in China apparently today (errr. yesterday). So that might be why there was no response today.

However, it's still unacceptable to provide no updates after so long. They should at least provide a general window of expected ship date, this would lower the pitchforks and give us at least a HINT of when we could expect something to materialize out of the $1k+ that has left our banks some time ago.
I feel bad for the customer support folks, online chat and the tech support guys on this forum. They're on the front lines dealing with all these pissed off customers while the company has provided these employees with basically zero information to give us.

First email with no response was 6 days ago and the second was 2 days ago. I don't know what else to do.

dji needs to give the fly more combo for free !  with
the order of dji mavic pro    its not are fault that its not going out ..   and if you paid for combo  then they should give back money !!
