I'm not sure where else to go with this but I'm extremely frustrated with DJI's lack of support at the moment. I've been asking for details on my repair and keep getting the run around as far as when I will hear back and never do.
I'm hoping perhaps a DJI support person can help me with my pending Phantom 3 repair to escalate getting it resolved.

Please help!

He's probably trying the squeaky shotgun approach, make enough noise all over the place in the hopes somebody will help you.  Completely missed the fact that there is a separate forum category right up there at the top of the page -- "service" -- where he could ventilate to his hearts content.

Thank you, I appreciate the help. #CAS-268473-K9R2P5.  In particular I've been asking for log detail/analysis and have been told numerous times, 24-48 hours i'd receive an email, but never hear back.
