I'm hoping to buy the Osmo Plus to use with my OnePlus 2. When I went into the shop and tried the two together, it didn't seem to work. I don't really know why as it's a fairly new high end phone. Has anyone got the two working together? Any suggestions as to why it wasn't working?

It's not on the compatibility list , but it should work.  What issue did you meet?

Bit off topic but works fine with my OP3. Some scaling issues in menu but it may be my custom dpi setting.

When I connect and choose the osmo plus in the Dji app I just got a black screen. I've reset the phone and it hasn't done anything. I feel that it's a fairly good phone so should be able to handle it but it doesn't. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Are you sure it's connected through wifi?

Do you have another phone you can try?

If both of these phones get the black screen with wifi connected, that means the Osmo unit has some issue and needs to be returned to DJI.  Please go to www.dji.com/support and follow instructions to send it back.

I tried multiple Osmos plus with this phone in the shop but it didn't work. The shop owner showed it working on his iphone so it is a working device. The problem definitely is with the phone rather than the phone...

It was connected through wifi.

I think the issue is with the One plus 2 's Hydrogen system, it's not standard Android system.

And I personally don't like this phone and its system..

Fair enough. I like the phone when it doesn't run into compatibility issues like this!
