When I switch image transimission to 1080p, the video automatically switches to 1080p.  I can switch it to 2k but not 4k. Is this by design?  4k recording seems to be only available when image transmission is set to 720p.

You are dealing with maximum processing power.  Put it into the video or the downlink.

Okay so I'm correct in my assumption that you have to choose between 4k recording or 1080p downlink?
