Phantom Vision "connection to phantom failed" problem

Hello all ,
I have Phantom 2 vision. My problem is ; when i try to connect phantom to dji vision application there is a warning screen appear "connection to phantom failed". I've searched some websites and youtube but i couldn't find any solution for it. Anyone can help me for solve the problem.

These are the observations and actions i've taken ;

1. Camera switched to Wi-Fi and green light on (but not flashing)
2. Iphone connected to Phantom range extender 'Phantom_xxxxx'  
3. Reset the range extender and rebind it with mac address
4. When I select camera through the DJI app the Range extender icon is highlighed green it looks fine.
5. I've tried two different iphones, ipad and an android device with the same results so don't think it is the app.
6. I've updated phantom and im using latest dji assistance

Sorry to hear about the trouble. May I know it was working fine before?
Would you please check "About" page on the APP? do you have the version numbers there?
