I am curious if any have any problem trying to retrieve the flight logs from Assistant2 on Mac, mine just keep loading and loading on the flight log section.

I tried on two different Macs and couldn't get it to work. Tried on a pc, and they popped up in about 10 seconds. Definitely buggy software for Apple

Did not work for me either on apple.

I was not able to update firmware on two different macs but over the air was OK.

Have you tried to change another computer to load the flight logs?Also, did you install the latest version of the DJI Assistant?

Yes he said he tried on 2 different macs.
This issue has been reported several days ago.

I just tried it on windows and it is working perfectly, the Mac version just doesn't seems to work.  It might just be not compatible with the MacOS 10.11.6

It's probably the compatiblity issue.

I was not able to get assistant 2 to even work at all on my macbook pro !  tried for several days now
