I think DJI have learnt (hopefully) a very hard lesson on customer service in the last couple of months.

If you are going to release a product, make sure you have made enough in stock to supply your customers.

I can wait because I live in the UK and the nights are starting to get colder and darker earlier during the day but that is not the point, they should have made the release date of November 15th instead of Oct 15th.

This Oct 15th release date was because of the Karma but I have to admit, I am a big fan of DJI but if they ever release a new product, I am going to wait at least 3 months before considering buying it and will watch very carefully on its customer service and what other companies are offering.

DJI have learnt a lesson and myself as a customer have learnt a lesson during this process.

DJI have to be very careful because if Microsoft, Apple, Intel or another technology company with a great distribution setup starts making drones, DJI could suffer.
