DJI , I ordered my combo on middle october, asked for a refund beginning of december and receive my money back a few days after. So, your refund service is working! makes me one and only satisfaction about this story.
before leaving your company as a customer, may I ask you something about your communication policy?
I don't understand why you gave the name of Mavic to this drone....... Phantom was for my opinion much more appropriate.
I you are planning a new version, may I suggest to give it the name of "Expire",rather than Inspire , mainly if some foolish people wants to preorder it through your DJI store.
