You may need to change camera settings it looks over exposed or Nd filters , also the horizon is not straight, maybe a you need to calibrate your gimbal.
The flying is excellent.
Only trying to give you advice it's not meant to offend, good job

Why are the yaw movements so jerky, is that normal? Also what where the camera settings when filmed 1080/60? Thanks for sharring the video. Video overall does look good

FILTERS will also help and try different settings in the camera, for a newbie it's excellent.

Camera settings 4K 30 ISO 100 ART -2 -2 -2  . I think when I creat the clip using DJI app I costumiezd it little bet :p . + by uploading it from my phone to YouTube get downgrade to 720P . So .... I think the images look great for me ( im not professional but looks good to me )

It is good but it is capable of much better once you get familiar with camera settings, I understand the downgrading.
