DJI does not charge any fees, please contact the bank and they should refund you the exchange fee.

Hi Ken,
I don't know what happened to my last post; was it really deleted?

I understand that my refund was less than my payment because of currency fluctuations and you have no power over these however I still feel that I should be refunded the difference because

a) I shouldn't have been charged before shipment was ready.
b) DJI has since announced delays (which was the reason I cancelled)
c) While DJI has had my money THEY have been benefitting from the currency differences anyway.

Anyway, I hope there was nothing nefarious regarding my deleted post if in fact it was deleted. Please do reply.

My experience. With a lot of reservations I canceled early Monday AM, DJI responded quickly and refunded my payment in less than 24hrs. PayPal was also spot on their end. Rather astounding and very impressive. Will buy a Mavic Pro when all is figured out and they are available. Onward !

Ken I have been trying to contact them about cancelling my order for the fly more combo but nothing is happening. I want to cancel as I feel that it is unfair that fly more combos are being pushed back just because we decided to pay MORE to get the extra kits. Not sure if you can help in this matter. Thanks either way. An update or realistic shipping dates would be nice as well, just saying!

It's not being pushed back because you paid more. It's probably a matter of all the included accessories in short supply.
That is what I am telling the people who order a P4 pro, if you want it ASAP then order the aircraft only. And order accessories later.What is your order number all I can do is send a message to them.

Hi Ken, order number 044118595679. Is it still looking like a long wait for the FMC? I ordered on the evening of the 18th of October. I have to say it is also very disappointing to see them launching two new products when the delays on the Mavic are so bad.

I have had email confirmation of my refund thanks. I do have to say though that it is disappointing the way we have been expected to just wait and not really get any info or some sort of reason to hold on from DJI and having just watched the videos for the two new drones I am even more disappointed that this could possibly have something to do with delays as a lot of time seems to have gone into these. I don't think I will be buying from DJI again.

I truly am sorry about that, and I really wish you had your order shipped already.
As far as not wanting to buy from DJI again, that's your choice, but honestly there is really nothing out there at all that cam even come close to competing with DJI, I do hope that you will become a customer in the future.
