Just as an FYI, my order placed 9/28 at 01:20 UTC now shows shipped, but no tracking number yet. I'm hoping this might be an indication of where the queue might currently stand, and hopefully allow others a better idea of how soon to expect theirs. It may be a fluke, but at this point, I tend to think that it isn't. I'll update as/if/when my order progresses. Oh, and it's just the Mavic and controller.

DJI have not managed to fulfil orders from 27th and 28th yet. I ordered on 29/09/16 and have been told by DJI that they cannot assure me that it will be shipped in November!

Had the same thing happen a earlier this week, it changed to shipped and was assigned to DHL but no tracking number, log in again tomorrow and it changed back to the pending status, guess the team at DJI must be getting bored on their lunch break and just want to screw with us now.

Blimey, how many people have ordered on the 27th and 28th. By the time I get my drone, I will have most probably already forgotten about it. I'm going to lower my expectations now to receiving it around Q1 2017 or is that being too optimistic?

The New Zealand distributor Ferntech say they are getting their first order next week, then after that weekly orders..
They said its only small and it is all only fly more combos ?? then a mixture of standard mavics after that..
And no extra batteries until late december as single batteries cant come as air freight only by sea freight due to airline regulations..

I ordered mine 9-28-16  It shows it is shipping out today 11-4-16 with tracking#   Yeah!

wonderful and congrats.  Gives me an idea I ordered 9/29 from DJI

So I should hopefully have a tracking number by next week...  ugh the suspense is killing me.

Nope. They've been giving me the run around, I contacted after-sales customer support then I was getting emails from a completely different support agent (not through my ticket) telling me I need to go to the blue bar live chat feature as that is for pre-sales. I don't get how I am pre-sales but either way she explained that I have to go through them. Then I someone else replied to my original ticket and told me a different email to contact, I contacted that, then the same women that emailed me randomly (different support agent) then told me to continue using my origina support ticket for the issue (which is the same ticket the other agent told me to email somewhere else...

If I'm honest I'm totally confused, apparently I'm waiting for someone to get back to me. 1-2 days they say, on the original ticket. I'll give it until Monday then will chase it up more. I've never encountered such bad customer service/support in my entire life. It's really terrible.

Damn, sorry you gotta go through all that, yours is the first case I've heard of, of someone missing items. Sounds like your nerves are being tested for sure. Hang in there

Thanks man. Yeah it is rather annoying but not much I can do about it. I just hope they actually offer some sort of gesture for messing me around so much and the inconveniencing. But I doubt very much this will happen. Although i'll be pursuing it as high up as it needs to go.

Fingers crossed, because now the order status page, web lookup, and phone app all say shipped! Just waiting for a confirmation email/tracking number. I'll keep you updated.

Just another shipping data point...

Received my DHL tracking number today, ordered: 2016-09-29 10:46:32 (UTC), scheduled to be delivered on Monday, 7 Nov in Hong Kong. Interesting to see that DHL picked up the shipment at 13:47 today, and it's already now at Hong Kong customs at 15:56..

Ordered from DJI online directly, Mavic + extra batteries + charging hub. Shipping notification is for Mavic only. Extra batteries + charging hub to be delivered at a later date.
