Horrible sound of Low Battery alert from RC may drive everyone crazy. It starts too early in my opinion and continues to battery dead.
DJI could you add to GoApp mute option or shorten it pease.

Why don't you just adjust the battery alert % in the Go App?

No, you unfortunately do not have the abiity to adjust the RC low battery warning in the same way as the aircraft battery. I've confirmed through both latest versions of the Go app that this has not changed.

As a suggestion, why not plug your RC into a flight battery when it gets low?
You could use one that has already reached minimum flight capacity (say 30%) and top it up while you fly.

There is a cable in the case for that very purpose.

Thanks for your suggestion Frank but it doesn't resolve the horrible sound problem after flying what I meant, especialy at home. Discharge process is very long and RC very lound beeps more then a hour. Would be better I think to add an option menu with warning sounds into GoApp.

I mean normal RC behavior if Low Battery. In my opinion Low Battery alert  sound is very irritating if I'm at home and have to wait so long time to discharge RC completely.

The RC will have an audible beep when it is not connected to the active aircraft, this prevents the batteries from draining when you forget to turn off the Transmitter .Or when the battery ius at an unsafe level for flight .
If the sound botheres you , then simply Discharge the RC transmitter battery by being in standby mode on the Aircraft . ( discharge both the AC and RC )

Or just simply place the RC transmitter in another room or outside when you want to discharge it , You only need to discharge the RC tranmsitter once a month  not every time you fly

This is kind of a basic  challenge  that is easily resloved .  My wife does not like the sound of the RC updating either, I just put it in the Garge for about 20 minutes. or in the Car , no big deal .

Non of your ideas is possible/acceptable for me for various reasons.
RC beeps if low battery with aircraft connected or not.
No another (muted) room.
No garage, low temperature is not good for RC battery as you know.

I need to mute it only during discharge at home.

DJI got a good deal on annoying style beepers for the remotes!   I get it, you are tying to discharge your remote battery and the warning is sounding when you do not use the sticks after about 15 min. I guess you will need to move the sticks every once and awhile to keep it from sounding off. I found that you will drain the battery faster if you have the iPad attached with multiple apps running... hope this helps.

The remote battery does not need to be drained like the Inspire battery (after 20 cycles). It does not see the same load profile. Just do not charge it to 100% if you are not using it and try to keep it at 50-75% for storage.

Some time ago I noticed that my RC didn't charge fully, only about 70-80% (3rd or 4th led blinked). I could charge it to 100% again after it was completely deischarged. DJI replaced that RC (free!) on next repair. Now I don't want to mess my new RC, so I wait until it off itself, but that sound...
