My osmo connects just fine to my galaxy s7 edge but when i open the DJI GO app it appears as a drone (with no other device options) and tells my i need to update the firmware. Please help! it seems like im the only one with this problem. it wont read the SD so I cant format it or try to update it to the propper firmware. as well as will not connect via usb to my macbook pro. i feel like ive tried everything please let me know if you know of anyways to fix this! I really dont want to send it in for two weeks only for them to fix it in 5 minutes and charge me a ton.
Does DJI Go see it as an inspire 1? I'm having the exact same problem and when I did an online chat with customer service, they told me I needed to use a better SD card.
It switches between a phantom3 and an inspire 1. I'm on my 4th sd. at this point i feel like there aren't many options for me. it wouldn't make sense for me to send it in and pay for repairs if it was because of the firmware.
Same thing mine does. Support chat said the camera isn't reading my sd card, so it's either the sd card you and I are using (I tried like 4 different ones) or it's the sd card slot. My guess is it needs to be sent in for repairs
