I keep on having the same problem. Whenever I press the shutter, or record button on my controller it takes from 5-10 seconds to start filming on the dji app. Also sometimes out of no where it stops filming. If anyone could help me that would be great!

Have you tried to use the record button in DJI GO app?
Also could you please clarify which Phantom model you have?
