Hello,
terribly sorry, but you don't have support. You customer care is ZERO.

I have a problem with my drone.
I've sent it to DJI Germany and they reutrned me with the same problem without any detailed repair and test documentation. Obiously they didn't test the picture distortion at all and didn't replace anything!

They only claim that everything was OK before sending the drone.  Few hours after receiveing the drone, I've sent examples to them which shows that the problem still exists. They offered me to send the drone again. I've already lost two months without any result. There is no guarantee that they won't deceive me again. Yes, I'm 100% sure that they deceived me that the problem was resolved and that they had performed any video image test.  

Two months wasted time!

Not this again! Your original complaint was nebulous to say the least, and might have been valid if it was a $10K DLSR you were talking about, but it is a low cost consumer grade imaging system and for the money you paid you don't have the right to expect anything better.

Yes, but I cannot shoot longer video clips because of 4GB file limit. And I cannot shoot with faster speed.

Now, I'm almost 100% sure that it's a firmware issue. Firmware that defish the fisheye picture works fine above 1920x1080. But at 1920x1080 or below there is a little problem.
Recently I asked colleague from Bulgaria to check if its Phantom 4 has the same defect at 1920x1080. And I saw that there is exactly the same defect of picture.

I am on my second P4 with the same problem out of the box. Returned my first one when I saw it had an issue, tried my second right away and same issue. All P4s must have this issue and I am on your side it is not acceptable at all. I would have purchased something else if I would have known I could not shoot 1080 clearly.

I saw this in the latest Inspire 2 update today.  Item 8 here: Inspire 2 Release Notes.

"Added camera lens distortion correction in H.264/H.265 formats."

And further down this:  
"Fixed the occasional image anomaly with some gimbal cameras."

Might be the same issue as in the P4?  Maybe next update for the P4?

After 1 year and 6 months of waiting the problem still persists. There are so many other users affected by the same problem. My warranty is almost gone. Your warranty is useless. No firmware is updated, no compensation from DJI Germany because they lost two months of doing nothing and claiming that they had replaced the gimbal (because of the firmware?!?!?!?!) They DID NOT replace anything,
THERE IS NO SERIAL NUMBER OF THE OLD GIMBAL, NO SERIAL NUMBER OF THE NEW GIMBAL, THERE IS NO VIDEO TEST PRОVING THAT THE PROBLEM WAS RESOLVED.
NO INFORMATION WHAT DID THEY DO AT ALL. IT'S A SECRET!!!
When I get back the drone, everything was the same. No change. I wrote them. And they told me... guess what? To send the drone back again?!?!

Anyway, my last issue (not this, but tilting the gimbal) was resolved by the forum adminstrators - Thank you!
