I lost my cable.  How do I purchase the USB charger cable that comes with the Osmo Mobile.  I tried to buy it on the store but it doesn't appear anywhere.

The email support contacted me, but they are referring me to a Japanese site that doesn't have the cable.

Why can't you guys sell it on your website or on Amazon.co.jp.

Can we use ipod shuffle charging cable for osmo mobile? They look similar? I haven't tried until DJI confirm it's ok. I don't want to break my osmo mobile.

you'll excuse me, but user fans8af42967 asked if it was possible to use an ipod shuffle cable, rather than offering it your original cable for a lot of money. Just answer Yes or no. Thanks.
And in General, why was to make such an inconvenient and non-standard cable? Usb on both ends would be great.

I've recently misplaced the charging cable for my Osmo Mobile 1, and I'm just now realizing that it may be near impossible to charge my device again. Is there a replacement option that is actually going to work? Chargers for the battery? None of these seem to be available. Is DJI quietly waiting it out until their first batch of customers to give up?

Wow. I may never buy DJI again. I have an Osmo Mobile 3 and I've wasted an hour trying to find a replacement somewhere and can't. DJI really needs to get their act together. Bad way to treat your customers here--simply losing a cable negates the entire product unless you buy another? Ridiculous.
