Hey guys

Are you not able to perform simple Bank Transfer?   Support asked already 3 times my bank account data, send it already 3 times..1500€ still somewhere on DJI channels, do you call this customer support?! Wtf

It toke around 4 days from when DJI issued the refund on the 3rd to transfer the money back into my PayPal account. I think paying via PayPal is the best and quickest way to pay for the Mavic.

It's now 14!!! days ago as I have cancelled my DJI order. Got some emails and messages but I'm still waiting for the refund! That's not funny anymore!!!

Yeah, 3rd week started...and still waiting for refund of 1500€! Perfect..thank you DJI for that!!! Now I'm going to the lawyer..FU

You have to adopt a rather nasty tone not only here in the forums, but via chat and email as well.

And you have to do it often. Then you may finally receive your refund.

Probably already spent the money on building a new mavic factory

Do a charge back on your end

Charging back is not possible with bank transfer...

Finally received the refund but not that what I've transferred to DJI!! Asked my bank and they told me, DJI has send just 1484€ back, not the full refund of 1499€! But I don't care, want just say f*** you DJI, im going now to the newspaper with all of this shit!! Really disappointed
