So my faulty Osmo mobile went back for a repair and I received the quote for repair showing effectively a replacement unit free of charge.
That was two weeks ago and the case still shows 'under repair'.
Now I've requested a refund but been denied as it was outside the generous seven day returns period, so my Osmo should be returned. How long will it take?
The ownership experience has been horrendous from the start, particularly with iPhone 7 issues, but at least if I get it back I can sell it to someone with a compatible phone an recoup some losses.
Any chance of an update please?
