You will never get a battery that will go an hour.  20 minutes to 23 minutes is about as much flying time as you will get.

That battery flight time ~20 mins is about right with maybe 25 mins being the absolute tops. How you fly also determines the flight time. I you just hover it will use less battery than flying aggressively. Also weight plays a role also. In it's heaviest configuration (lights, tracker, QuickRelease w/Zenmuse gim!bal, Hero3 Black, extended skids) my P2V+ weighs in at a whopping ~1490+ grams and my max safe flight time is about 15mins with easy flight.

Weight is enemy #1 for flight times and the weight it can safely fly with is also limited so your hour or so will have to remain a dream for such a small sized multicopter.

welly ime not series about a 1 houre but pefor 3 years the dji phantom was adream !!! and now we are talking about it

As mentioned in other threads the weather can affect the flying time.  Windy conditions can reduce the time as it fights to stay in position.  The temp can also reduce the flying time especially low temps.
Sounds like you're getting some good times there.

I got less than 15 minutes on my last flight and the claxon warning was going off when I landed it. However it seemed like a very long flight to me. I kept checking the battery meter but it seemed go forever when I was flying. I think it was because I was flying all over the place almost never remaining stationary and changed altitude a lot. I bet if I just hovered it would have lasted the full 20-25 minutes.

Someone know if the propellers protectors affect on speed and battery life flying because the longer I can fly is 15 min

I guess that's possible but isn't the standard battery life test simply hovering in place?
