Hello everyone,
So patience has finally paid off as I just received two emails today... the first one is advising that my 10/1 Mavic Pro preorder is finally leaving China and will be arriving on 11/11 and the second one was regarding the agreement for the DJI Care Refresh service agreement plan that I purchased with it.
Apon further inspection I realized that the fine print indicates 'The service is valid for 12 months, starting on 09.11.2016 and ending on 09.11.2017' ....well that doesn't seem very fair since I didn't preorder until 10/1/16 and won't be receiving the drone until 11/11/16...I attempted to email DJI to find out if this was in error and how can i correct this issue but i have not heard back from anyone yet. In my opinion it doesn't seem fair to loose out on two months on a service plan for something that i don't even have in my hands yet.
My question is has this happened to any of you who purchased the DJI Care Refresh plan when you preordered your Mavic and if so, how did you resolve the issue? Any feedback and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Update: Nevermind folks...false alarm. Thanks to people who are smarter than me I was kindly reminded that in certain parts of the world they list the date before the month.
