This is my solution for protecting the non-removable sticks from being pushed to the side while stored... I cut out the controller indent from the box the Mavic came in and put it together with the controller with a hair band.

[size=14.6667px]I've also created my own solution for a lanyard. All hardware attachments for the lanyard are plastic so as not to affect the magnets on the sticks.. With my Samsung S7 attached, it just about balances level..

This is the hardware I used for the lanyard. These were bought locally here in Hong Kong.
The little loops are attached to the arm of the controller, then the length adjustable strap is connect to the loops..

I wonder where you can get this strap in the US? Also, seems as though the strap for the fly more combo bag would also work, as it also has detachable loop strap ends.
