I tried now on the app and assistant 2 and on app failed after downloading and clicking update.. Same exact thing on assisant....... Did factory reset and still can't upgrade firmware!
Any ideas?

Use DJI Assistant 2. Downgrade to earlier firmware, restart mav and controller, then upgrade to latest.

May I know you upgraded it successfully or not after trying again?
If no, please help confirm some more info.
When upgrading through APP, the internet is great? you could download it, but after click "Start", it stays in 10%?
Have you tried to restart all of them and upgrade again?

I ended up downloading it again via the app and it finally installed.
