Help activate osmo + activation button is not active

Hi, you need to connect the wifi to the Osmo+ first,  if you already did but still see this, try another phone from others, and see if you can activate.  If still no, please contact the seller and see if you can exchange it, or contact DJI via www.dji.com/support
