I'm reviewing flight records on HealthyDrones and see the final notification is FORCE_LANDING.  Does this mean the Land button was pressed on the RC, or could this be indicative of a crash?

Sounds like crash, but I think its auto landing, I think if it meant crash that's what it would say, unless maybe you did have some sort of heavy landing..

Probably because you've pressed the auto-land button on the remote, on the touch-screen or you've landed it yourself manually. You may have to do some testing of your own to confirm.

Have you noticed any message popping out on the APP at that moment? maybe you could sync your flight records through DJI GO APP, and provide us your account username and the time when it happened, we'll help you check it.
