anyone tried to contact about cancelling the order , i contacted online support no reply since last 10 days

Onlinesales@dji.com has become completely unresponsive to communications - I have emailed every day for the last four days asking two questions and have not received any response.

I would file a dispute through your payment channel since you are not able to resolve the matter directly
