Flew my Mavic for the first time in another country. This came up before flying, never ever seen this. GEO was off.
It's unclear what this does exactly, does anyone know? I could still fly as high as I wanted. Didn't do a distance test though...
Would this mean RX/TX power is reduced?

It probably just went from FCC to CE power.. which is 4km instead of 7km?  something like that

It changed from FCC to CE (26 dBm - 400mW to 20 dBm - 100mW)

There is a concern indeed that you can't reach 7 km within CE, but actually theoretically 100mW is enough to reach 7km.

It says attitude instead of altitude

I'm modding mine so can go as high as I want. The thing is really about being compact and able to take it anywhere folded up, even the controller is small. Think the range is fine too. I don't like how they have to control how high someone flys in software, I think that's pretty lame considering the money you pay. But, modders gonna mod.

You guys do realise you don't need to do any mods whatsover right?

When you set an altitude above what's recommended or legal, say 120m, the app makes you confirm the higher altitude and warns you of possible consequences.
