Couldn't find the power drain in the Osmo specs or you could just figure the math.  

The Osmo Intelligent Battery provides has 980mAh of power.
The Osmo High Capacity Osmo Battery has 1225mAh (14.1Wh) and 11.55V.
The Phantom 3 Intelligent Flight Battery is a 4480mAh, 15.2V

No convoluted Chinese arithmetic or anything complicated.  If you knew the Osmo drew an average of 300ma per hour you would just divide the rated capacity of 980mAh by that amount to arrive at 3.26 hours.  Of course that is only an approximation and discounting other factors like temperature, the presumption that the battery actually puts out it's rated capacity, yada, yada...
