I just tried to use the online help but for some reason its all in CHINESE......wtf!?

I emailed about my problems so hopefully someone will get back to me!  

You could try them in normal business hours.
This is what it shows there now:

I was taken back by having no option on language.

So is there is weekend help for others but not English folks?
