Not that I was aware of, I was flying with my iPhone 7.

Just got notification that the Mavic has been repaired and has shipped back. Unfortunately no details as to what caused the failure. Unfortunate event, however very impressed with the service process. Very quick w good communication!

Hope you already flying the Mavic again. Any thoughts yet on what caused the crash?

What do you mean by that? I use a Note 4 with my Mavic, should I be concerned? flown about 4 times now with minor glitches like temporary disconnects.

Note4 tablet or phone?? I use the Galaxy Note4, also crash of GO4 but the with the lower USB it works great.
What difference could it make compared to a say, S5/S6/Note5??

Very interested to know what happened - exact same happened to mine this week, except I was unlucky and the drone was over ocean at the time it failed.  Case 410927, Go App logs uploaded to DJI...  no response from support so far despite follow ups.

All have exactly the same symptom - total power loss halting any logging.  Plowboy and ROROFLIX were lucky - DJI honoured the warranty - in my case DJI are refusing to honour the warranty saying "not enough data" - even tho we watched it drop out of the air...

How many need to fall out of the air before it's a problem?
